Turtl is a London-based B2B SaaS company. Founded in 2015, we have grown to 400+ customers and 100+ team members. Initially bootstrapped and later angel-funded, we completed a successful Series A round with Octopus Ventures in late 2021.

We do this by providing a market-leading content platform based on the psychology of how we read, backed by intuitive authoring tools, market-leading analytics and patented personalization capabilities. The documents our customers produce on our platform cover a wide range of use cases – from thought leadership to proposals and from case studies to partner comms – and have been independently proven to engage readers for up to 10x longer than the available alternatives, such as PDF.

LONDON
Our London office is located within WeWork, Spitalfields, a unique coworking space in the heart of East London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working and networking, this is home to a broad range of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal and People teams. We have on-site cafe, rooftop terrace/bar, weekly wellness and cultural events, as well as fully stocked kitchens within the building.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join Turtl’s Sales Team as we bring our innovative and differentiated digital content performance platform to enterprise-level organisations. In this role, you will have full ownership of the full sales journey, from identifying accounts to closing high-value deals and driving long-term customer growth.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by working collaboratively with SDR, marketing and other internal teams to target, drive value and close strategic accounts. WHAT YOU’LL DO
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle, from generating pipeline to closing and expanding enterprise-level deals.
Value-Driven Sales: Develop and present clear business cases that highlight ROI, ensuring Turtl’s value is understood and prioritized.
Account-Based Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to design and execute tailored ABX campaigns, aligning efforts to target high-value accounts with precision and creativity.
Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through strategic efforts, leveraging a mix of pipeline generation methods.
Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus across organizational levels by effectively mapping and engaging with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Tailored Solutions: Partner with internal teams to deliver customized proposals that address each prospect’s unique business challenges, aligning Turtl’s capabilities with their objectives.
Seamless Collaboration: Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to deliver cohesive and impactful customer experiences.
Market Insights: Act as the voice of the market, sharing feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and refine go-to-market strategies.
Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, enabling you to position Turtl effectively in a crowded marketplace.
Effective Resource Utilisation: Leverage senior executives, team leaders and other internal resources strategically to advance deals and open doors to new opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced Sales Professional: You have experience in b2b SaaS sales, ideally within MarTech or SalesTech, with a strong focus on managing value orientated sales cycles.
Pipeline Builder: You excel at developing robust pipelines, leveraging creativity, tools, and networks to engage new opportunities.
High-Value Closer: You have a track record of closing five & six-figure deals, navigating a variation of use cases, and influencing multi-stakeholder buying decisions.
Strategic Thinker: You are skilled at diagnosing business challenges, aligning solutions to customer needs, and building scalable visions for deployment.
Relationship Expert: You thrive on building strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including SVP, VP, and C-suite executives.
Results-Oriented: You are target-driven and consistently exceed your sales goals, motivated by delivering results and driving growth.
Resilient and Adaptable: You embrace challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, staying focused on your objectives.
